The whole Wreckless Racing crew was able to get together mid-October to ride and film in Crowsnest Pass Alberta, and talk about what is to come in the 2016 season. Looking back on the whirlwind of racing, riding, training and traveling that was the 2015 race season, Wreckless Racing would like to extend a huge thank you to all of the team sponsors and support we received this year. We could not have achieved our goals and the results we did without you.

Wreckless Racing 2015 Season Recap

Although 2015 was the first year as a team for Wreckless Racing, we were able to make our mark on the Western Canadian Enduro and Downhill scene. Darcy Neniska and Aubrey Demchuck were both able to ride consistently over a long BC Enduro Series to land 2nd Overall in the Pro Elite Men and Open Women Categories. Braeden Onciul had a rough start to the DH season with some mechanical issues but was able to achieve his best result to date, narrowly missing the podium at a wild BC Cup Final in Fernie BC.

"This season was pretty fun! Rode tons and made a lot of new friends. I also got a few good results and made a cool edit that I'm quite proud of. I know what I need to focus on for next year and am ready to put in the work to get on the podium!" - Braeden

"This year was only my second season of racing and, for the second year in a row, I rode consistently and ended up second place overall in the KR BC Enduro Series. My proudest moment all year was racing the BC Cup DH finals in Fernie for fun and not only winning the Open Women category but having a time that would have placed me on the #1 podium spot in Elite Women. I think I will be racing a couple more DH events next year." - Aubrey

"I worked really hard in the off-season, and was able to achieve many of my goals this year. Wearing the Leaders Jersey after Canmore was a nice surprise. Ending up second overall in the BC Enduro series was the icing on the cake for a great season. I'm looking forward to some new challenges in 2016 and I'm really excited to ride and race in New Zealand this winter." - Darcy

We have two new members joining the team for 2016 making the talent pool of Wreckless Racing even deeper. With some fresh talent and a couple of new sponsors, Wreckless racing is excited to ride and race. Follow along with the team on Facebook as we get ready for next year.

Wreckless Racing has had great support right from the start. AJ Pedersen, our team manager, went hard to work to get our riders on the best product. After many phone calls and emails, he was able to get us linked up to some of the best companies and products out there.

- Outdoor Gear Canada was happy to put our riders on Intense frames, Fox Suspension and to keep them hydrated with Camelbaks.
- Spank Industries supplied wheels, and cockpits.
- NRG and IXS dressed us up and kept us safe with kits and protection.
- Schwalbe tires kept us upright and charging down the trail.
- Smith Optics made the trails as clear as day.
- Muscle Milk kept us powered up on the long days in the saddle.

See you in 2016!

Where in the crowsnest pass are these trails?

most of the filming is on School of Rock and Sooper Trooper which are accessed from Coleman (trails included in the Enduro race they've put on the last 2 years) and Good Riddance which is above Bellevue. There may have been scenes from Berma Grin, one of the trails on Pass Powderkeg ski hill (prolog stage of this year's enduro race) which is accessed from Blairmore.
