We’re just a week away from the 7th Annual Yeti Tribe Gathering in Fruita, Colo. This year’s location treats all fat-tire fanatics to some of the most distinctive singletrack in Colorado. Fruita has been known for years as the original “other Moab”, but for those who have experienced the trails along towering red cliffs and through wide-open vistas; been down ripping descents on foot-wide swaths of buttery singletrack and up lung-bruising climbs; they know that Fruita is a place all its own.The Yeti Tribe Gathering will showcase the finest Fruita has to offer, riding some of the Tabeguache trails on Saturday and Kokopelli loops on Sunday. Food (breakfast and dinner), beer and showers will be provided as well as epic rides lead for all levels. Festivities galore, it’s a family-friendly event for all levels of mountain bikers.

Anybody who has been considering a trip down, you should absolutely make it a priority. Make sure that you ride The Ribbon in Grand Junction while you are in the area though, only 10 minutes East bound on I70 for some more killer climbs!
