Love watching concert footage from Latin American countries as well - they are way into the music/experience instead of staring at their phones like Americans.
@hetfield1: I work in that industry. Yes, all those lights and video screens you see at concerts. Thats what I do. The cell phone is becoming a huge problem for the artists. So much actually that some promoters have made it mandatory to check-in your phones before being seated.
I did a small ish dh race at my local bike park, there was some colligate thing going on that weekend and there were hundreds of people at one of the last jumps, I didn't expect that at all, it was awesome!
This is why we sponsor athletes like Yoann or Finn, just so we don't have to go down the streets of Taxco ourselves to promote our brand... Straight up crazy! #proudsponsor
ya i am a little surpiesed how many riders went to this. rampage is dangerous due to exposure. this is isle of man style dangerous where you are surrounded by object that want to hurt you. i hope there were no serious crashes.
I raced the first three editions 2003,04,05 and the course remains almost the same but now the ramps are HUGE.
Props to all that did it, it is a great experience.
Just brilliant that both Remy Metailler and Yoann Barelli regarded Taxco as the best event they'd been to in 2016 - big props to the guys at Altius events, Olly the course designer and obviously the Mexican crowds! ¡Aweeeevo cabrones!
Good one Mateo GOOD ONE!! The first step is to get Yoann underground - which, 2 years in Whistler later, he still hasn't done! Maybe outside of Bill's?
I swear "ya boi" makes people sound as moronic as every gringo in a movie saying "oh my god" at everything. I firmly believe "yeah boy" is the new "far out".
Welcome to MTBing, life outside the protective bubble.
