 It isn't internally routed. You can see it exits the seat tube just above the shock.

 Yeah , it's still internally routed . If the cable goes in side the frame for even one tube of the frame , as it goes through the inside of the frame . I still can't believe they've drilled a hole through the frame to do so :O
