See i'm 76Kg, 13 Stone when full kitted. Currently running a 2.75x400 On mine, going to re-check my sag today because I think I may have to move up to a 450

Not comparable though, as they're different bikes and even different suspension types. But yeah, go for it! Remember you can also adjust the shock with the adjusting dials too, so you may not have to change spring. Good luck getting your suspension dialed, haven't really got it dialed myself yet TBH, I'm so bad at it! Big Grin

Yeah but you can only adjust Sag with the pre-load ring on the spring all the other dials control the suspension qualities, It is quite tricky itis tricky to do, time consuming and not cheap either taking springs and servicing tools/oils into account. You're right about linkage systems though.

Yeah I know the basics, but I just can't be bothered to dial it, as it takes away from time on the bike. It's alright now, but I know it could be a lot better. Frustrating Big Grin

 how much do you weigh?

78-80kg, geared up maybe 5kg more, so it's quite stiff, but then again I like it that way. That said I would've maybe gone for 450 if I'd have chosen today. Oh well.
