Selected by Matt Wragg - When we pick photos like this as POD, many people ask why they are photo of the day. The simple answer is that they make us jealous, we want to go and ride our bikes there. Not all of mountain biking is about speed and bike handling - adventure is one of the great things a mountain bike can bring you, and if you have never experienced that, then you are missing out.

One of the best POD descriptions I've ever read. I don't feel the need to see a flip whip every day. A shot like this makes a way better desktop background!
