Just out of curiosity... How much would shipping to upstate New York (13787) be?
How good is the condition? I noticed that on one of the chain stays there is something black, is that dirt or scratches? And does the front hub have disc brake rotor mounts?

Okay. That would be great. Please keep me posted. I am looking for a 20 inch. Since I also build bikes i would also be happy with a frame at a good price. If the other person who wants the echo does not buy it I may be able to raise my offer but I would have to talk to my dad first. Thanks.

Ps. I am looking for something more modern as I allready have a nice Monty 219 x hydra and I want a new style seatless frame.
