 Front wheel has been changed to 27.5/650b- low riser/wider bar- 27.5"/2.3NN fr tire 26"2.4 NN.
Fork feeling and overall riding ability has improved due to bigger front wheel and improved geo. Still climbs like a goat.

 Nice! Did you install a "bump stop" in the fork? I assume it would only have to half the size of the stopper for running 29" wheels.

 Its funny - This morning I just watched saw an episode of Nomads (an old re-run on Rad-X channel) where four riders went and rode some unknown singletrack trails in Mexico - and three of them where riding 'new at the time' Mavericks! Man, makes me want to score a sweet Durance like you have!

 Yes 18mm and added more oil on the air side to suit the less travel. I plan to add an AVR (air volume reducer) for more consistent progression. I actually like the fork performance better with this set up.
