KMC gold chain . Keep your eye on that they do tend to break easy . It's the kind of chain than does not like to be split so try and use the split ling only . ALLSO do not use WD40 if so only use it on a rag to clean . Good chain but need looking after . Nice bike aswell enjoy :-)

I don't know what you're doing to your chains Superbikes (no offense), but KMC are seriously the strongest chains out there. I have broken every single SRAM, Shimano and other assorted chains out there that I have tried. Seriously every one of them, usually when getting the bike up for wheelies. I have only broken one KMC out of about 10 I have used and that was only because I was cranking my single speed DJ up a 30% incline. As far as WD40 goes, never use it for anything on the bike.....ever. WD40 is only good on salads.......

I have had many of these KMC gold chains .my first one broke 2 times so sent back for replacement . Then worked for 3weeks then broke another 2 times . I had spare links so fixed that and it lasted for a month or so a broke again . Fixed again went and did a 78 mile ride chain broke again a mile before before home. Got home a the chain was ready to break in 4 other places . Maybe just unlucky with that one . Anyway I've never gave up on these chains .now I have a new one and yep it's broken 2 more times in 3 months . I've got a brand new one ready when I need it . I'm not the only one to have problems with KMC read other reviews .

amazing looking bike! but with a carbon frame with warranty ide call evil to make sure that hanger wont void your warranty. i use to work at a shop and norco apparently voids warranties if the NSB hanger is used. i bought one for a second hand aurum and i was told if theres a warranty on it it will be void.

I belive transition also does the same, never had to buy a hanger for the old revolt i use to have so didnt have anyone say anything about that frame but ide make sure with a frame that nice. it would really blow to have the hanger crack your frame and u dont get warranty. (the NSB hanger is stronger then most frames, stock hangers are kinda ment to bend so the hanger brakes instead of the frame) if that makes any sence to you...

a hanger is 15 bucks to replace, a frame or even just a rear derailleur getting bent and needing replacing costs alot more.

AGAIN im just looking out for you from previous experiences ive had!

Cheers, and happy new year!

What the difference between stock and NSB hanger?
  • 1 0
Only difference is better machining on the NSB with chamfers on all edges etc.
