I believe it is spray on grass seed, does have the same look as copper here. Really cool shot.

 That's called hydroseed. For the record, the slopes that have been hydroseeded, should have been stabilized within 7 days of the most recent disturbance. We can see the rill erosion from the lack of stabilization. Won't have much of that problem once 70% vegetation is established from the hydroseed. Anyways, sweet looking photo.

 These guys are now thousandaires after finding and riding the first copper bike park. The patina is from hours of shredding dude! If you squint it looks like a lizards buttcrack.

 Expensive but worth it for most applications. Extremely resilient once applied and results in a nice lush blanket after a weed control application
