Seatpost cable has been shortened abit. Great, makes everything fun! and not to bad uphill surprisingly!

Not sure, don't have any scales, Scott quote the factory bike at around 16/17kg? And all the parts are lighter parts than that, but it still isn't an XC race weight, heavy is good, durable! :-D
