 What do you think of the intergrated? I'm going to rebuild my front triangle on the DHer to get away from the ZS56. Have split a cup there isn't much material there..caused a race run DNF. Was thinking of a EC49 which haven't had problems with.

 dunno man, never really tried them myself, on my personal bikes i just use 1 1/8th old-school which seem to have been working ok for the last 15 years...
