Just the BB and crank arms, I have some saint cranks to whack on but need a Shimano compatible BB.

No real rush for that though

Forks are gonna be Bo's Deville 160 in a couple of weeks, it's a pretty burly build now.

 Just love Saint stuff but is it not gaining the pounds with all this burly stuff?.

 I'll be honest the whole weight thing isn't something that concerns me.

That said much of the components I'm changed are much higher end, carbon/alloy X0, Devilles (soon) electron pedals, RP23, Mono mini's, flows/hope, etc... Will all reduce weight from the standard build. I've not actually weighted it so will give you an update, but I bet with the exception of the Reverb it's put little weight on since I bought it.

Effectively I've just added a dropper and 10mm of travel to the front end.

Either way I'm 6'2" and 15st saving a lb or two wouldn't make a blind bit of different haha one or two less pie/pints would do that
