 Good work brother!

How did it come out?

I hope that it will be stronger than factory welds. I was testing few method of welding and few types of binder on rims and I found very good solution. Factory welds are made by very soft and low endurance binder, and after welding parts are quenched and aged. Quenching can homogeneous chemical composition of weld with native material and it gives possibility of aging. Aging gives big endurance. Unfortunately even after all structure in the heat zone and weld dont will be so strong like in native material. Weaker binder is needed because with stronger binder heat zone in 6061 alloy has very big tends to cracking. But I use very strong binder and I weld material in a bit different way. Thanks for this I gets big endurance in the heat zone. I wouldnt be suprised if these welds would be stronger than factory weld. Welds on rims didn't crack, even after big impacts and I hope that in suspension will be the same. But if i must be honest, suspension in DEMO is very stupid. In place where is big bending moment are very thin plates and welds.
