Neg prop away but this sort of thing is getting way to common with people looking for shortcuts rather than taking proper photos. Besides the horrible symmetry and sharpness of the flares which gives it away, the rider has somehow managed to get foreground of the flare, which is created from light reflecting off the inner glass of the lens (and will always appear 'on top' of the image). So unless those jumps are inside the camera it's not even possible. Fake it til you make it I guess but don't try to pass it off as legit.
Yes it's fake. Yes I was bored. Yes it was fun to make. No I'm not trying to pass it off as "real". So many laugh on how serious the Trumpore twins are on pinkbike. If I was serious about his image I wouldn't of posted it on FB, IG, and PB. I would of been emailing it out to all of your clients and sponsors trying to sell it. Calm down you guys. Can a guy have a little fun with ps once n a while. And yes Dave I'm a joke.
Cade do you think I'd be offended that "so many people" laugh about me being serious.
God forbid I take my job and way of earning a living seriously.
You posted this photo to your photo of the year album.
Then you told me you made it just to see how long it room for someone to notice. But when someone noticed and called you on it (which you told me was your reason for making in the first place) you got all butt hurt.
It has nothing to do with clients, money, etc. it's about ethics and trying to pass a lie off as real for a contest.
You got cought, you lied and got cought in a lie.
Your response has only been to yell louder which is why I told you you were a joke.
If you want to be a professional photographer then act like one and don't get bent out of shape when someone who takes their livelyhood seriously calls you out on cheating.
Dude you're still going? I didn't lie about it being a fake. You called it out and I admitted. Now stop getting your undies in a bundle and posting all this and statuses to fb about me telling you to cover it up. Leave me alone Dave I blocked you cuz I was tired of being harassed. Go be that professional photographer.
Then don't post it to your photo of the year album. And don't put in Instagram tagging various companies that other photographers work for.
Better luck next time.
Wow you figured that out fast. I'm done talking to you dude. If you scroll down you can see the response to your bro. Good ol Dave always have to have the last little jab. Cheers dude!
So many photos these days are mega edited anyway, if photography is an art form, stop putting a camp on people can or can't do to express in their photos Dave! The fact this looks pretty close to a real photo is impressive.
