Someone needs to do a tutorial on how to whip like this. A beautifully set up photo and style literally for miles.

Trick tutorials don't work- if they did I'd be on the FMB. A agree it's a beautiful shot though. For those who love the whip:

I was in Järvsö just recently, but I can't seem to figure out, what trail is this? Was it closed in July?

It's where the black trail "Kristin" comes out on a flat and crosses a ski slope. After the beginning steep parts.

It's not part of any official trail, but that's were the jump is.

yeah, I rode Kristin, but there was no such jump... Probo was rerouted? BTW Järvsö is fantastic, a great example of how not the biggest hill can provide for an awesome trail network.

I never been in Järvö but it looks so awesome! What do you mean with rerouted? You could not find that trail again?

i mean there was this awkward loop where You had to pedal in the middle of a perfectly steep DH trail, so possibly the jump was under construction or something, and the trail temporarily went around, maybe.

Anyway, @BullseyeXer go ride there, great park!

I believe this jump was just temporarily built for filming and photo, but they left it up for the rest of the season. It's probably gone now for the ski season, otherwise they have a big deep hole in the middle of a ski slope from where they got the material to build it... It wasn't really a part of Kristin, but you had run Kristin to get to the jump that was located just beside the trail on the flat part as described earlier. The original trail wasn't affected by the jump.
