Selected by Radek Burkat - I think 14,000ft is about 320m above sea level, it's hard to work out the metric conversions on these things... But damn it, that looks like one hell of an adventure and I quite like the hiking shot as I can sit here and try and imagine my line down there.

Climbing a 14er sucks, doing it with a bike : / This is a pretty awesome shot and I'm sure there are going to be people who complain about it being pod because he's not riding his bike, maybe you could pretend the bike is riding him.

I won't be complaining. Unless there is a chairlift, fire road or shallow enough gradient to ride what are you gonna do? This is half the battle, getting up a real mountain. For me this is is a great pic. It shows the pain, drive and determination in achieving what will be an epic descent. And in reality probably 80% of this guys day.
