Yeah I emailed then in the afternoon , they have asked for pics so far , but i'm gonna pressure them to send a new frame before they receive this one , to speed shit up a bit .
Sick to the bone with this now it's already been a month , my fitness is terrible now , gone from riding 4-5 times a week to zero !

Same thing happened to me! I watched delivery guy start yanking my frame out of his truck! He told me to sign for it, file a claim and go from there. BIG NO NO (never sign for anything that looks damaged). It took me three months to prove they were wrong... then finally got a new frame. The frame traveled safely all the way from BC.. just for some a hole not to give a shit about his job or my $2000 frame! Hope this works out for you!

Yeah it's all sorted now thanks , the same driver who delivered it also collected it and he asked whats wrong with it , I told him and right away he got defensive saying ' it wasn't like that when I delivered it ' , so I asked him if he opened the box to check and also let him know it's against company policy to open packages and he started to back track and kiss my ass
My bike had chips in the frame and the company only offered me £40 off so I said no, sent them photos and they gave me £115 off!! I'd never get anything from them again.
