Selected by Matt Wragg - Perfect use of a wide lens close up - this is difficult to get this right. There is no distortion on the riders, Ian has managed to get in a lovely line of the trail to giev the photo direction and the timing for the light is just perfect.
Two riders chasing each other down a snaking trail, awesome light, interesting background and a real sense of direction. Damn, some people are hard to please.
It's Appenzeller and Roquefort... Pink Lady and Granny Smith... If you're not diggin' the vod choice, then take a closer look @cbro7092 . Surely we should enjoy and celebrate all forms of mountain biking, even if they're not to our taste...
The irony of it being one of ian hylands photos is perfect.
You are absolutely right though it is unlikely ian would pick one of his own shots for POD.
@Alfaro@cbro7092 I think that this photo is great. Just because it doesn't have a very exiting subject, all the elements of a great photo and I thing it really deserves POD.
@mattwragg Everybody's a critic.... it's impossible to please everyone. Dope choice on today's pod keep up the good work... And remember "all the haters out there can suck your ass because they're no good or better than anyone else" (anyone who doesn't know what that quote is, it's from a famous vine)
