i want to ask a question, and i ephasise its just a question not a diss or anything negative: i get the point why u would put a straight bar on it, so you have a "closer" feeling to the bike, more manouverable etc. but then why not just take out that dozen of spacers and get a flat upper crown? cheers

Well to answer that question, crowns cost a lot more than bars do. The spacers can be adjusted to raise or lower the front end, but lowering the top crown any more and it'll hit the frame before the bump stops do=bad. It comes down to cost to fix a small problem and really anyone that rode my bike loved the bars, cause they couldn't feel the difference.
