I guess that, the axlepath could benefit from beeing drawn from where the acctual axle is placed?

Yes the axle path he drew is the axle path of a single pivot when there is clearly a linkage. However if the reports are true that it has a similar suspension feel to the old demo then it probably chatters around all over the place.
