Selected by Matt Wragg - There's just something about the feel of this shot that just does it for me - I like the colours, the texture of the black earth, the simple composition, the fairly extreme depth of field. Even if the focus isn't entirely perfect, this shot just feels right.

all strength is strength, good upper body strength helps through the rough

Dig and maintain your local trails, ride the piss out of them (try to pedal back to the top if you can), help your neighbor or your dad carry bags of concrete or auto parts, or whatever, eat a bacon burger, drink a beer, sleep, repeat! This is what has been working for me. I've never done a gym routine in my life.
