It actually rides pretty well, but I have more pedal strikes than I would with a 150mm-160mm fork. It climbs really well. I've cleared both tough climbs at BC (Ranger and Man Bites Dog). If you've ridden either of those you know what I am talking about. It feels a little sketchy on the landings but I just shift my weight back a little more and it works out fine. I have a 160mm TALAS coming Tuesday. I'm super stoked to put in on and test it out!
That's great to hear how well your bike rides around BC. I bet it will ride even better with the new fork, specifically soaking up all the rocky stuff. I'm kicking around the idea of getting a closeout SB66 frame and using parts from my current 26" bike.
