I don't know what they're going on. The wheel build is for Yuba Bikes. Maybe something for the NAHBS?

The rear wheel weighs 5.09 lbs without any cassette, rotor, rim strip, or tire. The tire weighs 4.14 lbs though...

Yeah it's actually pretty nice. Dude is trying to make it lighter so he bought some American Classic wheels and Schwalbe tires. Sits at about 27 lbs right now.
