$5 a foot info direct from the source - Ibis and the Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship work crew is itching to get stuck into some major work. For 2015, with the advent of positive changes at the USFS on the Downieville side of the hill, we are pleased to report a renewed focus on our touchstone trails.
Up for grabs this time around is a very finely appointed Ibis bike of your choosing, valued at over $10,000. Ibis has very generously donated this bike to the cause, and we are deeply grateful for their commitment to this. Now we need your help. Fund a foot of trail rehab for $5, and you gain a chance at owning this fine Ibis. Every $5 you spend increases your odds of winning this bike, and at the same time helps underwrite one of our more ambitious trail projects ever. So don’t be shy. Throw some money at trails that you know and love, and that are in sore need of your help. Tell your friends about this, get them involved as well. Downieville is one of the great mountain bike riding destinations in the world, offering rowdy, World Class single-track at its finest, and it’s time we showed those trails our appreciation.
