Back in august when Cam stomped his 100ft. backflip in Mammoth... nice memories! Shot as second angle with a 80mm tilt/shift, just because I thought it would be a funny idea :) thanks Frithjof for the cam and lens!
Selected by Scott Secco - I'd been wanting to see an angle that captured the size of Zink's World Record backflip and I think that Lars nailed it here. Tilt shift was a great call for this photo as it creates such an ethereal perspective to the image, it looks very surreal.
I thought it was a tiltshift lens but then again I don't know much about those. Either way, I'm not a big fan of the effect - looks too unnatural for my liking!
Eh that's like saying black and white is old now. Its a different way to show a photo and I think it was done very properly in this. This is such a cool shot and it makes you just focus on zink and the enormous size of that jump.
