My New mulch jump. From the run in to the lip, its about 5 foot high and from the ground to the lip its about 3.

Great start!! Gotta get that landing quite a bit taller so it's more of a step-up.

Yeah they really aren't hard to build, just a bunch of work unless you have a tractor or skid steer or something like that. I was lucky enough to have a friend who runs a landscaping business and he filled up the bed of my truck full of mulch for free! 
The entire landing isn't mulch but the 6" of surface is. Underneath is just blocks of loamy/organicy dirt from digging the run in stacked up. It's fun to try tricks on it because taking a crazy landing on this stuff only scratches you, I learned one-handers in like 20 mins.
