Jealous. Although I did make some mean bacon wrapped chicken breast last night. And just had some bacon for breakfast. Bacon!

I'm not even sure anymore, they've gone into the chill box until tomorrow when they'll go into the smoke sphere, then the eating hole. So, somewhere along the journey I'm sure I'll remember what they are.

I'm afraid the essence might be a bit tainted due to many reasons: beer, chicken, sausage, slaw, and fixings. However, there is a solution! When I come up in October, I bring a couple racks with me
