Operation was 12 days ago. The soreness is goin away and I start to get a good nights sleep. Planning to hop on my road bike in next day or two and go out for a short spin.
Are You planning to take it out? Im still undecided :/

 Well , after two weeks from operation I started riding my road bike and will go for a light MTB cycle this wknd (4weeks from op) . One of the screw bolts head is poking out a bit at an angle (you can see it on my x-ray ) and irritating my skin so its still sore. The skin is super sensitive for a touch around that bolt. Its getting better every day and I have full range of motion and can lift heavy weights (still not from above my head) so i think the bone is healing ok.

Happy that You back on the bike now. Just mind Yourself. Full recovery takes longer then 4weeks and even tho You can ride Your bike and all, the bone is not fully healed yet. This takes even up to 8weeks
