Yum Yum! Another day of BBQ perfection!

Haha thank you! Heat management is killing me, but they still turned out great.

Maybe less coals and longer BBQ time?
I too always make too much heat!

Yea, I want a longer cool time, but it's hard to get the heat down in there. I'm going to try putting less charcoal in at first and adding more later. I just don't have a great way of getting new coals started before adding them. But I'll figure something out.

 I use the coal chimney.

Thus works great as you can get coals pipping hot then put on what you need.

Yup, that's all I use for getting it going. But once the grill is in use I don't really have a spot to start more coals.

Oh, I just put in on the asphalt. You know you could put it on a grill which is on 2 bricks so you wont damage your ground or burn your lawn if thats what you are worried about.

Yea I was worried about it tipping over, but I remembered I have a crappy fire put I could use to prep coals. Should work well. Will get another batch soon.
