Looks like the seat is tilted some downwards. Any reason for that. I feel strongly about seat tilt as weird as it may sound. I made a seat that I can adjust the tilt angle on the fly while riding so it's more comfortable when the climbing gets really steep and LOVE it. What brand is your handlebar. I like it.

I think the photo may exaggerate the angle, but it was tipped down a little bit. I find flat saddles, (WTB excluded) put more pressure on my crotch than I'd like. With this saddle most weight is on my sit bones. My bars are pretty low, so I'm bent over quite a bit. The reality is it isn't the most ergonomic seat, but it does look cool.

I agree. Level seat puts more pressure on my crotch too so I have my seat pointed down a little bit on level ground. When I go climbing then I tilt additional 7 degrees down and on the super steep climbs I tilt another 7 degrees down so I always sit on flatter saddle and chillin. It's cool because I am tilting down while riding and don't have to interrupt my ride. It's really comfy on super steep stuff.

Do you tilt the saddle mid-ride? That's dedication.

No it is not the seat height, it is the tilt up and down. I can TILT the nose down to compensate for the incline on the climb. I have fixed positions for the tilt up or down by a little over 7 degrees. Imagine a climb and then imagine also the bike. The bike tilts backwards as much as the climb does. So I noticed that the climbs become more serious when I reach about 7 degrees up, so I designed the seat to tilt down wards to compensate for the tilt backwards of the whole bike and this way my seat is relatively flat to the water level and therefore I am sitting on a flat seat. Then on the super monster climbs 12, 13, 14 or more degrees of incline I tilt the seat another notch downwards to compensate for the incline and this way I can relax on flat seat relative to water level while I am climbing monster climbs. There is nothing like this on the market so I made one prototype and making a second prototype now. I can tilt up or down while pedaling on the trail without stopping at all. I have a lever on the handlebar and that's how I can control my tilt. I've applied for a patent a while ago for the design. I have picture on my profile and you can get an idea but you cant see much detail because is a bad pic. It's really cool concept and I have been riding the first prototype for 4-5 months now and is cool as hell.

Yes, but it is on the fly. I don't stop at all. I am telling you all that because it looks like you do like climbing too. It's just very comfortable because you don't have to sit on your crotch at all. Never.

you adjust seat level on the fly? My seat posts make that too much of a chore for me.

In this photo I was running a 2.35 schwalbe slammed forward. It fit fine. Bit of rubbing on non-drive side, but I think this was from mud, not tread.

What width is your rear tire? Any room to spare between the chainstays?
