You can take some of the wind Razz already a DH race cancelled because of it, hard to stand in some places!

Come south and you enjoy it all! Pre new kid trip (easy way to get murdered I guess haha)

And thank you!

Nice dude! I still need to do the tubeless setup on my bikes, haha.
  • 1 0
Mine went super easy, but just did the rear tire, front have heard is impossible so didn't risk it Doing dad one on narrower rims and a Kevlar tire is being a nightmare
  • 1 0
Yeah, i'm not sure if the front tire (panaracer fire fr) on my ibis is capable of running tubeless. At least I've got nice wide rims with the oozytrail 295s on the ibis and the asym i29s i have coming for the 456.
  • 1 0
maybe searching online? that way I found mine would work and word from @whattheheel said the front would be a no go haha

wide wheels are the best

Panaracer?? This the 90's again? Just do it next time you get new tires. AND NOT PANARACER!!!

The beads on my Panaracers failed and wouldn't lock in to place. Kept causing pinch flats on the valve stem because the tire kept sliding. When I replaced the tube with one with a threaded metal valve stem, it tore right off the tube. Replaced them with Michelin tires I think, was some time ago, but things were fine after that.

The Fire FRs are awesome tires. They're massive and have tons of grip. Though I'll probably go with something a bit lighter once they wear out. Picked up a set of continentals for the 456. Trail king front and mountain king back, both 2.4.

@samael, some quick research make it seem like it wouldn't be worth trying to run the panaracer tubeless. But I haven't any issues with it tubed. Were you running really low pressures?
  • 1 0
Nah, they were just old. I think the beads dried out and degraded. They wouldn't lock, no matter how much pressure I used. I ended up going with IRC Serac tires for tubeless. Loved them!!
