The headline of "if you ever need this tool something has gone terribly wrong" made me laugh for a few minutes. I used to use this all of the time on steel road bike frames. early 5 series Reynolds that would tweak the rear triangle after piling up on the tarmac. It was a brute force tool technique that kept many a rider/racer back out in a short time.
