looks like you got some debris past your dust seals into your inner seals and they on their way out. That is the oil bypassing the inner seals up and out past the dust seals. Basic rebuild and new oil is the prescription before you do something worse like have the oil blow out completely and contaminate your brake caliper etc.

 for for the love of Jeseus, remove the pube from the right side of the crown (haaaa).

 get her fixed, we got ride Kirks line next week end or we are stuck downhilling again....

 That's an easy fix, just pull off the lowers, drain whatever oil is left, replace seals and then put it back together.
