great to hear a comparison between the Last and a really good full-suss, that sounds impressive - you are very fortunate to have both! they are both top kit colin, well done. harctail 29ers are ridiculously fast, i had to go 2x11 to keep up on a 650b full-suss .. nuts. tweaks are evolution ..she aint far off being an apex predator !

Yeah last will be better for the local rides. Meta for the harder Enduro trips. The hope brakes realy impress me so might get some for the meta. Just need to check if they fit since I hear a lot of people say the don't fit.

Thnx, Finally had some good rides on her. She is so freaking fast and stable. It feels gleud to the ground. Harder to pop and get air then the meta.
Doest even make me miss the rear travel.
Traction/grip is insane. Climbs like a goat. Way easyer then my Meta.

Still gotta do some tweaks.
