Considering photographs can often make steeper terrain looks less intimidating than it really is, this must have been damn near vertical! Does the wide end of this lens produce must distortion that you need to correct with a profile? It looks pretty clean. Nice work Bryce.

Yes, you are correct the nature of a ultra-wide lens definitely helps to showcase the true steepness of the line.
And actually my 14-24mm has very little distortion for such a wide lens that I rarely have to correct it; usually only when theres a straight line of some sort (horizion etc.) near the top or bottom of the frame do you notice it. One of my favourite lenses!
