 its my Eccentric that I bought last summer from the PB buy and sell. Wanted to try a 27.5 to see what all the fuss was about! It needed a little sprucing up.

 in part. epoxy primed. spruced up the black bottom original finish and resprayed the grey/green upper. The original paint was not so good in spots. Under the top tube was deteriorating pretty bad and starting to surface rust. Basically just cleaned it all up and two toned it.

 may I suggest electrical tape instead of zip tie on the chainslap zone? I'm a fan of wrapping the stay with an old tube taped on both ends. Where you start the wrap you can hide the tape by wrapping over it then finish with the tape. Clean and strong. Those colours are pretty dope.

 @conv3rt: Yes. good Call. I also use electrical tape for cable/hose management at times. The zip tie shall be replaced on the stay protector.
