Yeah I'm sure this Blackburn pump comes supplied like this with a 31.8 clamp on the shaft... I don't know if it's just a coincidence or what!..

An interesting feature of the Chamber HV is that the handle clamp is 31.8mm meaning you can swap in a different handle using a standard mountain bike handlebar. There is even an integrated bottle opener.
