 great looking jig ! what do you do to notch the stays for the dropouts? do you have any ideas for that? I end up going out of plane most of the time while mitering the stays for the drop outs.

 Currently just measuring the angles in CAD and putting the individual tubes in the stock notch master. Takes a bit to make sure the phasing is right. The plan for the future is to add another row of tube block holds back near the dropouts and use the same setup to cut those as well.

I realize the current setup won't clear the width of the rear drops. We'll have to add another section of 80/20 to space it out. This jig will continue to evolve. I think that is the real beauty of using stock extrusion sizes, it's so easy to add on or adjust when needed.
