I'm cravin some Smoked Bacon! Broke a couple ribs at Teds on 1/7...but, back on the bike now!

I have retired after 23 yrs. I ride bikes now because the arthritis in my knees hurts to much when I run. Yeah it was heavy both in gear and soul. Suffering makes the spirit stronger!

Man, go easy on that lung cage. Can make for wicked painful sneezes and coughs. SB has been blessed with the recent rains and plus'd up for an increased fast run fin factor.
