Thanks Man. I like that they are cheap. May switch to Paragon I have not decided yet. Trying to keep the cost down on the prototypes.

@Tsoxbhk: Yeah dude, to be honest from what I've seen they're sweet and as long as theyre decent quality then that's all you need Smile

Do you have some kind of jig for the brake mount?

And do you weld the seat and chainstays directly onto the dropouts or do you drill em and put bosses in them?

@Scotj009: Yes I have Anvil iso rear jig for brake mount. Works great. Not sure what you mean by drilling and putting bosses on. Most "breezer" or hooded style drop outs are lwelded right to the drop out. I do weld tack them at the drop out first then adjust seat stays at the seat tube then tack those. All of them have still come out off. They are soooo fuggin hard. I miter them by hand which is hard and time consuming. Considering buying Anvils seat stay mitering fixture but may just have one made instead.

@Tsoxbhk: ah fair enough! i am looking into that at the moment Smile

By bosses i meant like a little dowl that goes into the end of the seastay and then into the dropout, however i suspect this is only necessary when brazing like i am Smile

I have made a mitring fixture for seastays, cost me around the equivilent to $20

@Scotj009: I would like to see a photo of the fixture for sure. I see you are talking about socketed drop outs. You usually only see those on road bikes I thought. You can fillet braze that stay right up to the dropout in the same way you would tig it up. Just lay a fat fillet around it.

@Tsoxbhk: Ah ok cool, will possibly just do some small bosses to be sure but i will see Smile

As for the fixture, will get some pictures for you soon enough Salute
