I'm guessing the gopro mount that has the tension knob is attached to a pole that's been removed.

If this was shot by a photog, wow... they would to have been standing insanely close to get this shot (and be invisible or realllllly good at photoshop to remove themselves from the goggle lens reflection)

 I'm wondering : how was this shot taken ? can't see any pole attached to the pilot
