Cheers dude! Could do aye, I was actually going to put the shifter back on before I go but that's not a bad idea... The bike is taking so much work right now haha

always fancied a ss DH/FR bike just purely for simplicity, if I did that id like to try a belt drive though. looks nice man!

why not just adjust it using the limit screws intead of barel adjusters?

I had it like that before, this lets me use three cogs rather than two plus it's easier to change between them

@jamieridesbikes: actually tempted to do something like this when i get my DH now. Broken far too many mech hangers, derailleurs and shifters riding. + who pedals downhill anyway?
