He did about 7 miles? A stiff 5 up and 2 steep ass down I would guess...then slept for five hours.

@sterlingmagnum: I miss running my dogs Roxy is still ok but gets stiff now and Koko tore a ligament in a hind leg...she has learned to favour it as needed. Vet wanted 5 large to deal with it...

@sterlingmagnum: oh yeah....strong dogs. I've had them running up and down mtns since pups. And we got lucky in how the injury progressed and eventually stabilized...
