Just got home. They are fantastic! Reminds me a lot of clipless on tech climbs . They helped me get behind the bike on rocky descents and just a general feel of more control. Def get more bang for ya buck each pedal stroke. On a 20+ min climb I didn't use the easy gear once but did wheel spin a few times when standing up pushing through. Very happy with them ... Believe the hype buddy

If you have customers with leg issues like I do tell them to try them. Really comfy and spreads the muscle usage over the whole leg.

 They support your feet so well. I never even noticed them until the climb got steep and I blasted it. For me they felt like clipless but safer lol. Using the whole foot is great too and I found my calves doing more than my thighs . I have a 32t oval ring and it worked great

 They are great. So stable and I was confident right from the start. Highly recommended mate

 They are as wide as a normal pedal but you can use your heel to push through and balance . I even think they were great for rocky sections and jumping.
