You wouldn't know its there, its just a crispy layer on top, thats the egg you are looking at mixed with melted cheese! Yummmm!

Pizza bread with raw egg on top that when cooked blends beautifully! Try it next time, throw a wicked egg on top before putting it in the oven, it adds a nice consistency!
