Side note: Always a stoked to nab a POD, but even more excited to have this one selected on the same day as the photo subject's birthday. Happy birthday, Duncan!!

Who says POD has to be the most epic, eye shattering, photo of the year quality? Its just a POD, there will be another one tomorrow, and the day after that, and the day after and they will all be different. Cheers to another day, from another place, of another rider!

@captainian: I hear ya...this is certainly not POY material, but I'm stoked to see something that's not in BC or the Alps make the cut. I was surprised at this selection myself to be honest...I think there might be a few stronger candidates from this photo set. Story goes live tomorrow, so you can have a looksie for yourself. Cheers!
