Absolutely. Well just think, he's up above peeing on everything in sight, with no one to yell at him for it! Snatching food off the neighbors BBQ, finally catching that squirrel/rabbit/chihuahua that's been taunting him all these years... And he doesn't even remember what this thing we call pain is.
