Been wanting Hadley hubs since forever and got so lucky to get this brand new set in this special magentaish color.....and damn are they quality. I shoulda ponied up for them long ago, got a great deal on these though. They'll be going on the TR250, can't wait!!

There was a guy selling these same hubs at our bi-annual bike swap meet that were once laced. Excellent condition. He wanted $160 for the set, but my friend that was interested wanted them for a lower price. Crazy man. If I really needed them, I would've bought them.

I always wanted Hadley hubs but I could never justify the price. Even at cost there are better options for less money.

Well, I've ridden Hadley hubs numerous times and now have them, that I thoroughly inspected and I am going to have to say that I do not agree with your statement. Unless there's an example of your "better options for less money" that I am not thinking about?

@Draggon: At my pricing, King is a better deal and way more available since Hadley does not have a dealer direct sales option. And for bang-for-your-buck, Hope is the best option out there IMO.
Equally priced but still better IMO is Project 321 hubs. More options and customization available as well.

what is the rear hub engagement? sorry if this sounds daft, but I do not know them, only ever been glorifying Hope's
