That may be a Zipp wheel, but it isn't a 202. Too much rim depth. Likely a 303 or 404.

odd... it measures 38mm. I have a set of 303 and they are 44mm. Is there something in the middle I don't know about?

you're right. I found the 2004/2005 catalog online. 303 were 38 mm deep. This is 38mm....thank you.
